14-day return window
Eligible products may be returned within 14 days from delivery. Items must be unused, unworn and returned with original packaging, labels and accessories.
Non-returnable items
Personalized items, opened hygiene-sensitive goods, gift cards and items marked final sale cannot normally be returned unless defective.
How to request a return
Contact customer care with your order number, the item to be returned and a brief reason. Do not send a parcel before receiving return instructions.
Refund timing
After the returned item passes inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Most banks post the credit within 5–10 business days.
